All the products are high quality unique pieces, carefully made with lots of love and attention. Therefore, only defected pieces are accepted for return and/or exchange. You can request a return of your purchase within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to return your items.

 

LIPA does not cover the cost of returns.

 

No returned broken items are accepted. To be eligible for replacement, your items must be unused and in the same condition as purchased. Please wrap and pack very thoroughly to make sure your returned item does not get damaged during shipping.

 

For exhange/returns send an email with your request.​ Have in mind that there is no guarantee that your returned item will be received.

Currently, orders can be made only by request in email. For multiple pieces or sets, a discount might follow.
