Olymp
The bells announced six o’clock,
the bells are never late
I woke up, running to the window,
it is widespread in the middle of the wall
the wall is in the other room
I could hear the wings flapping
and blowing the wind into my chest
I had to run faster than the sun
with my eyes glued together
but It was hard to tear the night out of my lashes,
you should’ve seen the crumbs
sloping down to the floor – beware not to cut yourself
when the light takes you out
I arrived and stretched my face all over the glass
just to catch a glimpse of the snow,
closer
to feel it
melt
while my fingers slid along the surface
Suddenly, all the lines dissolved under my breath
line by line
they flew away
“Is the snow always so white?”
And the mountain is white, too.
Olymp is diving in the sea,
then rises up
in a glorious victory.
I have to crawl to reach the water
the shore is far away – Outside of time
only a shallow scrape in the sky
I think you heard me whispering – Space has such a delicate skin
full of scars that don’t bleed anywhere,
nowhere
just fill their gaps with stars
luminous constellations,
sometimes fall on us
and break on the ground
Do you hear the streets screaming again?
And the people, they peel their skin
with all the love wasted in vain
It doesn’t matter,
I love
only love
to swim
to flee
to water the mountain.
Olymp is again
deep down
the bottom.
You are awake,
let’s go and throw some pebbles.
The water needs them.
